At Peachak, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Below you’ll find all the details about our Shipping and Returns policies, including any updates regarding delivery times and conditions.
Shipping Information
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them. Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM British Time, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed during non-business hours will be processed on the next available working day.
During periods of high demand (such as sales or promotions), order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Our delivery services are only available during business days, so please note that if you place an order on a Friday, it will be dispatched on the following Monday (or the next business day if there’s a bank holiday).
UK Delivery Options
We offer various delivery options across the United Kingdom, all of which are tracked:
- FREE DPD Ship to Shop for orders over £25 (1 working day from dispatch)
- FREE Standard Delivery for orders over £25 (2-3 working days from dispatch)
- FREE First Class Delivery for orders over £60 (1-2 working days from dispatch)
- FREE Next Day Delivery for orders over £100 (1 working day from dispatch)*
*This option allows you to track your delivery on Google Maps, and gives you flexibility to choose an alternative delivery method, such as having your package left with a neighbour or at a safe location.
Other Delivery Rates:
- £3.99 – DPD Ship to Shop (1 working day from dispatch)
- £3.99 – Royal Mail Tracked Standard (2-3 working days)
- £5.50 – Royal Mail Tracked First Class (1-2 working days)
International Shipping Information
We collaborate with trusted courier partners to provide international shipping, but please be aware that delays may occur due to customs processing times in different countries.
Important Note: Orders dispatched from the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival at the destination. Peachak cannot cover these costs, and they remain the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- International deliveries generally take between 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location.

European Delivery (All Orders Tracked)
Countries: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain (excluding Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland, and more.
- FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £80
- £6.99 for orders between £40 and £80 (5-10 working days from dispatch)
- £9.99 for orders under £40 (5-10 working days from dispatch)
Customs: For European Union destinations, orders below €150 are generally not subject to customs tax. Ensure your order value is under this threshold after discounts.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes outside the UK.

Zone B: United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Morocco.

- £12.99 for orders below £150 (10-15 working days from dispatch)
Please note that delivery times are affected by customs processing in your destination country, which may cause delays.
Returns Policy
Changed Your Mind? No Problem!
For UK-based customers, we offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original, unopened condition and packaging.
We do not offer returns for international orders.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@peachak.co.uk. Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.
Return Postage: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. You can choose the carrier and service for returns. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Return Deadline: Return the products to us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your items upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damage, or discrepancies, please contact us immediately at hello@peachak.co.uk. Provide clear photos of the product, its packaging, and the shipping label, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Important: Before using any product, please check the ingredient list for potential allergens. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out for guidance.
Address Issues
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs.
Customs and VAT Charges
If your order is returned because customs fees or VAT charges were rejected by you or the recipient, we will issue a refund, deducting the shipping fees incurred.
Rejections or Uncollected Parcels
If your order is returned because it was rejected at the time of delivery or not collected in time, we will refund your purchase, less the shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or opened and used products.
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that refunds to different accounts or payment methods cannot be made.
It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund in your account.
Please remember that any applicable fee deductions apply to all orders, even those with free shipping.
Note: B2B transactions are not subject to our returns policy.
